New boiler fitted, and a wireless room thermostat so that the heating can be regulated and controlled properly.


Boiler not working, the parts are now discontinued so a repair is not possible. The tenants have had no hot water for 10 days now due to landlord delays. New boiler is being fitted on Bank Holiday Sunday, no extra charge, just to make sure they have hot water and heating with no further delays.


Replaced the meter outlet pipe work due to a leak caused by tenants trying to bypass the gas meter. Stealing gas and causing a dangerous situation


Dirty magnetic filter, this sludge would be circulating around the central heating system and block the boiler up
